All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €750. You will receive a confirmation email from our website, as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified, via e-mail, to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.

ELEFTHERIOU JEWELRY makes every effort to dispatch items within 1-15 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

All our prices include the European VAT. All orders with shipping address located outside the EU, are exempt of this tax and your tax discount will be calculated automatically at checkout.

All our products are shipped from Greece. If you place an order and the shipping address provided is located outside the EU, then please keep in mind that import duties and taxes may incur by the local custom office upon the package’s arrival at the airport. We cannot determine beforehand what these duties will entail for each territory. For further information please contact your local tax authority.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days within the EU and Greece and 2-10 business days for the rest of the world, when we have the item in stock. If the desired product in the case of item out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.
